Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup hemp milk ( or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup berries ( can use frozen too!)
Toppings:
hemp seeds, fruit, granola, nut butter, coconut flakes, nuts , anything you like! I love getting superfood toppings from local bulk food stores like naked foods.
Method
- In a container place all ingredients (not toppings) and stir well until thoroughly combined
- Leave to set overnight ( if you can try and stir it every now and again as the chia can sometimes get stuck and not mix properly)
- In the morning it should have thickened and be ready! Take your amount desired and then top with yummy goodies!
