Chia & Hemp Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup hemp milk ( or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean
  • 1/2 cup berries ( can use frozen too!)

Toppings:

hemp seeds, fruit, granola, nut butter, coconut flakes, nuts , anything you like! I love getting superfood toppings from local bulk food stores like naked foods.

Method

  1. In a container place all ingredients (not toppings) and stir well until thoroughly combined
  2. Leave to set overnight ( if you can try and stir it every now and again as the chia can sometimes get stuck and not mix properly)
  3. In the morning it should have thickened and be ready! Take your amount desired and then top with yummy goodies!
